With total focus on user experience and functional use of space, Engepred managed the retrofit of the ground floor of the Palácio Austregésilo de Athayde— a large corporate building in central Rio de Janeiro.
Working from a previously defined design, Engepred ensured rigorous execution at every stage, compliance with schedule and finishing quality, and careful coordination of systems, safety routines, and supplier control.
The former underused circulation area was transformed into a multifunctional space with a modern layout, integrated environments, and infrastructure for events, meetings, and informal gatherings—aligned with the client’s needs and the building’s new usage dynamics. Engepred provided complete technical coordination with minimal impact on ongoing operations and daily users.
