Engepred carried out a complete remodeling of the CEVI building’s common areas in downtown Rio de Janeiro. The challenge was to convert an underused, outdated area into a functional, modern space aligned with the property’s new positioning.
The work began with the visual design, respecting the building’s layout and infrastructure constraints. The proposal included decompression areas, a functional kitchenette, a new reception, integration with green areas, and collaborative furniture—prioritizing user experience and the journey from the entrance onward.
Beyond design, Engepred managed the entire construction process: physical–financial planning and a detailed schedule; compatibility with existing systems; supplier coordination and interface with building management; and continuous supervision with quality and deadline control.
Results delivered:
- Requalification of the reception, creating a renewed first impression of the condominium
- Transformation of the external courtyard into a functional, covered, visually appealing gathering area
- A smartly designed kitchenette that improves comfort for users and staff
- Visual and functional integration of interior and exterior areas, with better use of space
- Enhanced institutional image, improved user experience, and immediate increase in asset value in the market.
